Meredith Mihm

I'm a pianist, and my husband is a bar manager. I get to play and teach piano for a living, which I love. But the money is not so great... so we've gotten into real estate investing to help us put our kids through college, and do some traveling. We got a slam dunk (a SLOW one) on our first BRRRR, and used the money to get into an owner-financed 6-plex, followed by a duplex. We have four little kiddos, we're foster parents, and we're ever so slowly restoring our 1885 Victorian.
