My husband and I bought our first rental property about five years ago, a duplex in the lower Greenville Lakewood area. We have another property at Tyler/Polk in the Bishop Arts area we rent, and a house in West Oaklawn (medical district) near Medrano school, we rent. Sold our first flip (May 2017).
