25 year old Technology Consultant actively looking for ways to grow my real estate portfolio. I am looking for small multi-family units (2-4 doors) in the Detroit metro and South Florida markets. My main strategy is to BRRRR all of my deals. Real Estate Goals: To have $10,000/month in passive income through cash flowing, small multi-family units in the South Florida and Detroit markets.
