Similar to many of you, I was looking for ways to increase my income and have total control over my time simultaneously. When I came across BP several years ago it was like an answer to my prayers, and I immediately jumped in with both feet. Completed a fix and flip in 2019 within 6 months of the stumbling across the website. That came with the assistance of a mentor and loved it. After a bit of a setback, completely unrelated to investing, I'M BACK! Just got my first buy and hold closed on Friday 2/25/22 and I am actively looking for other avenues into investing, including hard money lending, additional rental properties, wholesaling and fix and flips. I expect this year to be the catalyst to turning our dreams into reality.
