Obtained a bachelor's degree in nursing and worked at the Cleveland Clinic. This while discovering my passion for real estate and investing. Enjoyed my few years of coaching HS basketball, and continue to play. Now focused on building my portfolio & assisting others with real estate/investing. Experience: I have worked and grown with a prospering full service property management company (Re/Max Property Management) for the last 6 years. We now oversee over 850+ units. Involved with this, is the buying and selling of 250+ properties in the greater Cleveland market. Full service acquisition process, from initial purchase to tenant placement. I have project managed many rehabs of real estate purchases for clients all across the country & world. Managing the leasing for many years has allowed me to accurately depict potential returns for a property with the projected rents in that area. I also personally own close to 10 properties and have become an avid landlord & successful flipper in today's market. Real Estate Goals: Continue to build solid relationships with like-minded individuals. Assist investors in our market with acquisition & management.
