About myself
Looking to continue building my portfolio by purchasing a multi-family or small live-and-flip SFH that is commutable to NYC. I currently own a 1 bedroom in Hoboken NJ, that made me an "accidental landlord" when our family grew. This sparked my interest in this investment asset and I want to grow. Additionally, I am doing research to buy a SFH's outside of DC/Baltimore as I spend a lot of time/have a lot of family there. These would be purely investment properties.
