CURRENT GOAL: Do my first deal! A short-term rental by the end of the year. ABOUT ME: I have a great job in Customer Experience Insights for one of the largest travel company in the world. I enjoy my work most of the time, but the life trajectory of my peers and managers is frankly uninspiring. I've been hanging out in E quadrant/hamster-wheel for too long and I want to have more control over my income & time. My brother recently bought a couple of STRs that are crushing it. He referred me to read 'Short‑Term Rental, Long‑Term Wealth', which I read in a day and have since watched a few hundred YouTube videos on the subject, read a few Kiyosaki books, and started researching to find 1-2 markets I want to start my journey in. I appreciate steers, cheers, and connecting with anyone who can help me on my journey.
