I’m new to real estate, had one whole sale deal so far. I’m currently wholesaling to build some capital. Goals: 1 Year: put 25k-45k in my investment account 5 year: be retired with 25 rentals/lease options with a positive cash flow of $200/month 10 year: 100 rentals/lease options positively cash flowing $100/month I appreciate and accept any and all insights you could possibly share with me!
