Currently, Active duty Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA. My family is my number one priority. I have been on active duty for 15 years now; I would like to achieve financial freedom prior to leaving the military. I have being living in the Hampton Roads area for a little over three years. In that time I managed to house hack myself into a duplex in Portsmouth (VA Loan) and a quadraplex in Norfolk (FHA Loan). I also partnered on a tri-plex and Quad BRRR along with two fix and flip properties.. I have six years of experience in multifamily investing. I currently have 15 units my wife and I have self-manage for three years looking to transition to a PM company. Real Estate Goals: Short Term: Acquire a 2 to 4 unit multifamily home. Acquire an 8 to 24 unit apartment building. Long term: Financial freedom in the next eight years. Looking to acquire $ 5000 to $10,000 a month in cash flow.
