I'm a principal of Origin Investments and have been active in the real estate market for 15 years. I frequently blog and write about risk management in selecting and operating investments. Origin is headquartered in Chicago with Offices in Dallas and Charlotte. We have 15 institutionally trained team members, and 500mm of assets under management. We acquire and operate value added multifamily and office properties in 8 markets throughout the US. We were formed in 2007 and acquire real estate primarily through our Funds. Our partners include high net worth investors, family offices and institutions. We invest a significant amount of our own personal capital in every deal and have created a performance based culture that puts investors first.
