I am 39 years old, grew up in Brooklyn and Long Island. I am currently living on Long Island but looking to expand my reach with out of state investing. I have to option of retiring from my first career within 2 years and want to grow my knowledge in real estate investing. I understand that this is not an easy task but am willing to put the time and effort in to make it successful. My short term investment goals will be to aquire at least 2 properties this year. I love playing golf with my son and watching my daughter ride horses. I also love rehabbing my own home and that has been an inspiration to dive into real estate investing.
