I have done 1 jv rehab where I brought the deal to the table and provided all the contractors. I also served as project manager. My jv partner provided all the purchase and rehab funding. They also did all the purchasing and payments to contractors. I have Wholesaled and Cowholesaled many properties and am ready to make the transition to doing rehabs on a consistent basis. I have extensive construction experience and excellent relationship skills. Can use advice with negotiation.
