I'm a lifelong biotech guy who grew up with a real estate agent/manager for a mom. I got to hear all the juicy stories of the worst deals possible in SoCal. Currently out in Wake Forest, NC and have the bug to do more real estate and less Biotech. Have already bought 1 townhouse with a PM and have it on auto-pilot. Looking for more of the same for my wife and I to oversee. Experience: Growing up, I watched my mother as a RE agent do deals, have open houses, as a manager heard her horror stories (some good ones) and tried to get my accountant father to invest in rentals to no avail. Have one rental in the area and looking to expand my empire!! Real Estate Goals: I'd like to be able to get out of the biotech industry and get into RE full time as an investor. Currently Seeking: Seeking good deals for buy and rent, fix and rent, then eventually fix and flip.
