Michael Henderson

I'm a US Air Force veteran and i currently live in Chicago, IL. I'm father to a teenage son. I attended college for 2 years before deciding to enlist. Before enlisting I studied real estate law and was on track to get my license. Serving was a life changing experience and I'm grateful for every moment. I have read several books about real estate investing and the mindset. I listen to podcast and subscribe to webinars everyday to further educate myself. Also I have attend some seminars and taken an investors course at the local college. I'm working on wholesaling. There are a lot of deals in Chicago and it's south and west suburbs. I've realize I need to be working on finding reliable buyers and talking to buyers is my priority. I have driven around and obtain numbers from landlords and engaged with some realtors to learn the market. Bigger Pockets has been fantastic in giving me a ton of information. I stumbled across it and I'm hooked on the webinars and podcast. So I joined and it has been a great experience.
