Hello, a bit about my self. When I was a child, my father had been involved in real estate. He owned 13 duplex's all rented, and I remember us never having to really worry about money, he just had great cash flow. Over the years things have changed and my father no longer is involved in real estate. But as I have gotten older, I find my self more and more interested in Real Estate Investing. I served in the United States Coast Guard from 2005 to mid-2010 as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist. After leaving the service, I began flight training with the intentions of becoming an airline pilot. After running into many obstacles financially, I found my self less and less interested in flying for a living. Back in 2016 I started working as the Technology Coordinator for Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach Florida, and have enjoyed it. However here recently I have come to the point where I know I will never have the freedom I want or the financial gains that I want, by continuing the rat race. Anyway, that is a bit about me. I am new to Real Estate Investing, not afraid to admit that. I am here trying to grow and learn as much as I can.
