Michael James

My name is Mike and I live in the beach town of Encinitas, CA. My wife and I keep active chasing around our two boys (ages 2 & 4). I'm also a Finance Manager at a large software company in SD. I'm hoping to meet as many people as possible through BP and find some great local real estate clubs to continue learning from those with more experience. In the future, I'm hoping to expand my real estate investments out of state (likely Phoenix market) and focus on longer-term rental properties.
