Michael Jake Higgins

I am someone who loves to learn, live, and grow. So in 2020, I discovered FI and committed myself to long-term, buy and hold multi family real estate investing. My goal is to quit my corporate job before turning 35 and then live an FI life supported by my real estate portfolio, side hustles, and investment portfolio thereafter. Prior to finding FI, I’ve forged a career as a Financial Analyst and Business Administrator, that has spent nearly a decade helping manage Amazon warehouses and other multi-million dollar commercial business lines. I facilitate decision-making and business growth by simplifying value propositions and performance decisions for executive leaders. What I offer to others in real estate is my corporate experience measuring value and using my EQ/influence skills to drive decisions and manage assets and people. Also, I offer capital support as an investor. I hope to meet others who like money and want to make more and have fun doing it (S/O Mindy and Scott). If you have experience starting a commercial real estate portfolio (MF duplex-quadplex, buy and hold, B/C neighborhoods, especially in the Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky areas), please let me know and I would love to meet, buy you coffee, and learn as much as possible while discussing if we can help each other. Besides making money, I am passionate about sports (especially my woeful Cincinnati Bengals :(, Notre Dame Football, Kentucky Basketball, Chelsea FC), live music, travel (seen 5/7 continents), boats/lake-life, people (nerds, jocks, freaks, anybody), hiking the outdoors, animals (my yellow Labrador retriever Oscar is #1), aprendiendo Español, and big-crazy ideas! Let’s connect if you feel the same way. [email protected]
