I am a Retail Manager looking to transition into the real estate industry and I am interested in general investing, flipping, buy and hold, low or no money investing, house hacking and multifamily investments. I am very interested in low or no money real estate investing more than the other areas at this time due to the fact that I am the only provider in my household. I would like to learn how to use low or no money real estate investing to while I learn and grow into the other avenues of real estate investing. I gladly welcome all advice and references. Thank you.
