Just starting out in real estate investing. I bought my first 3 family and I want to keep going. I want to make this my full time job so I am here to learn how to make this a career and become good at it. One of my main focuses is learning how to use my capital and finances to maximize cash flow and purchasing more properties. The financial aspect and the options that are available is something that I need to learn about. I'm starting to read more books and using this website to educate myself on how to create my own business and start investing. I am excited for this journey and I'm glad I've already started!
