Michael Langrehr

Father, outdoorsman, volunteer... Looking to invest and find partners in the wider Denver area to help scale my portfolio. I work with Precision Homes as a Roofing Specialist Consultant and will provide free roof certifications to BP members so feel free to reach out. And of course, I'll inspect as well and provide estimates for new a roof if necessary. I bought my first triplex in January 2018, added a duplex in August 2018, and another in Sept 2019. I've also personally built two spec homes and rehabbed a 4 bedroom property and sold with a 35% profit margin. I've recently sold my portfolio in WI and am looking to reinvest in Colorado with both money and sweat equity. Connections in Colorado would be greatly appreciated as I look to expand my network and accelerate my real estate journey.
