Michael Manni

Currently I am Union Bricklayer specializing in restoration work. I have been in the union since '03 but have been doing trade work since I was in the single digits with my family. I also own a small caulking/restoration business. I am fairly new to investing as a future career. My first house I bought at sheriff sale and turned it into a live in flip. My second home was bought at a considerable discount via a short sale. I am starting to venture into buying properties for investment purposes so I can eventually get out of the rat race and become financially free. I've just recently acquired my first in the line of many investment properties. I've joined this network to learn as much as I can from other investors and as my experience grows share what I can to benefit others. I am also here to network to grow my new business.
