4 doors plus house-hacking, looking to continue to invest in cash-flowing opportunities, focusing on condos and duplexes right now. Still working full-time. So far I've been buying 1 unit per year, with an aim for something a little bigger & better each time. As of now I own two condos in the Twin Cities and two duplexes in Duluth, plus rent part of my primary residence. Looking to build on that by reinvesting cash flow and using my job to generate savings. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to buy-and-hold multifamily units & eventually replace my FT income.
