I am a old newbie. After a career in nonprofit work that has left me without much retirement, I am looking at real estate as my best option forward over the next ten years. I have purchased and flipped four homes of my own over the years, as well as grown up around the remodeling trade, so I am hoping to do that as soon as I can get funding together. Then I will look to buy and hold after I get the resources moving forward again. I have a Real Estate Agent with 30 years experience and a contractor with another 30 who are coming alongside of me to get things going. Now comes the funding part. Reading all I can and networking accordingly. ​
