As an active duty member of the United States Air Force, I see the many benefits that we have when it comes to real estate. I currently own three houses, two of which are rentals. Upon reading Brandon Taylor's books, I recently learned that I need to get more serious in when it comes to real estate and finding the best deals. I plan to use Biggerpockets.com to give me a better edge when it comes to purchasing my next property. Experience: I'm currently a licensed Realtor in Melbourne, FL. Depending on the market I plan to rent out my current property when I move to a new station. Real Estate Goals: My 5 year goal is to own my first multifamily home with decent cashflows. My long term goal is to become financially independent by applying buy and hold real estate strategies.
