My family has lived all over the country while I was active duty US Coast Guard. We have lived in Medford since 2013 and plan to stay in the area permanently. I currently am in the USCG Reserves and operate on a consulting basis for government and industry clients. Experience: We have three SFR's in Everett, WA. Two of them were purchased during the recession and cash flow nicely. We also have a multifamily property in Medford, OR. Real Estate Goals: Consulting is a bit of a feast or famine stream of income. We'd like to build up real estate income to cover basic living expenses. Currently Seeking: Something that pencils well. In 2009 you couldn't go wrong. Now the deals take some more legwork. Looking for cash discounts, fixers, properties with untapped/under capitalized revenue streams.
