Full-time mechanical engineer in the defense industry looking to get into real estate investing! I currently live in Alpharetta, GA but do not plan on investing here or anywhere in Metro Atlanta. Instead, I'm primarily focused on secondary/tertiary markets in the South with good job growth and rental demand. My plan is to buy/hold stable residential multi-family rental property with high cash-flow in C+/B-, working class areas. After building my own portfolio and gaining more experience, my future goal is to begin marketing to sellers and flip deals to other out-of-state/remote investors.
