I am a real estate investor looking to dive into out of state multi-family opportunities in Milwaukee, Tennessee and Georgia specifically South Georgia. Looking forward to building up network of active investors, real estate agents to aggressively to build up portfolio in 2021. No time is better than Now!! Short term goal: Acquire 6 doors in 2021 cash flowing to the tune of +$2k monthly minimum.
