Michael Pilolla

Hello hello BP peeps. My name is Michael Pilolla and I live in SLO with my beautiful wife and two equally beautiful daughters. I grew up in San Jose, CA, lived all up and down CA from San Diego to Redwood City. I was in Albany/Corvallis, Oregon for 10 years and now back in Cali and loving it. I'm looking to break the sad cycle of School>Work>Retire>Die and change my family's legacy. I want my daughters to understand there's more to life than being beholden to a paycheck. I currently have a rental in Oregon and want to add more properties in the Albany/Corvallis/Lebanon area while also looking to break into the SLO county area. I've been drinking from the proverbial fire hose and learning everything I possibly can about REI from books, podcasts, webinars, REI Meetups, more. I'm mostly interested BRRRRing properties right now and want to build a portfolio of Single and Multifamily Rentals with an eye down the road towards storage facilities and mobile home parks. I'm always looking to connect and network, and I'm definitely open to working with mentors who are willing and wanting to share their knowledge with someone who has a thirst to learn and a desire to reciprocate value (however I can right now)! Ultimately, I hope to be in a position one day to be a REI mentor myself.
