Michael Pintarich

In 2009, I bought my first residential property, and rent with a long term tenant. In 2011, I joined the United States Marine Corps and currently serving as active duty. I also have a property in New Bern, NC in which I am upgrading and plan to use as a buy and hold. I am also seeking other flip and rent deals on the Crystal Coast in Craven, Onslow and Carteret counties as I self-educate and self-manage my current properties. My long term plan is to continuously elevate my networking skills in order and establish honest working relationships with motivated investors and build a quality portfolio as a post military career.
