I manage 2 real estate investment companies in Houston, Texas. I do everything from A to Z; locate, evaluate, negotiate, buy/sell, rehab, rent, and manage real estate. I have 2 passive investments in MF, 106 and 336 unit complexes. However, most of my investments are SF properties. I am interested in learning and investing in more MF and commercial properties.
