Real estate investor, interested in off-market acquisitions in both residential & commercial markets. Preference towards value-ad properties. I've working in the CRE market for 4 years in both management/investment sales, as well as the residential market for 3 years. The only thing I love more than a good deal is learning new things about the industry.
