Michael Swift

I am an aerospace professional in Bellingham, WA. MY wife Paige and I are currently (August 2016) pending on my first home purchase! My real estate agent gave me a book "HOLD" which kicked off our drive to work harder to pursue real estate investing. We hope to purchase our next property within a year. I manage two properties, a condo and a SFH, for my sister who moved across the country, so I have a head start on knowing how to manage tenants and keeping a property rented.
