Experience: I bought my first deal at 18 and have been hooked ever since! Renovating my way through college I graduated with 7 properties and have since accumulated 119 units without investors. I guess you could say it was the BRRR strategy before BRRR had a name! In 2012 I brought my interests together as 3 businesses. Heirloom Property Management, Heirloom Construction and Heirloom Realty here in Duluth, MN. As a competent manager, contractor, and broker we bring all of the pieces together to help many types of property owners and investors buy, renovate and manage property. Currently we manage several hundred units. Today as an investor I still focus on buy and hold, have branched into commercial, and flip a handful of homes a year. I'm forever a student, always learning from others and am grateful for a talented team around me. Recently I've started a real estate investment mentorship class. I enjoy sharing what I've learned, and gain so much from being on the teaching side of it all. Real Estate Goals: I've passed my initial goals. What I love about real estate is that there isn't a ceiling, the game just changes and there are more zeros on bigger deals. For the next 20 years I plan to aggressively grow. Currently Seeking: In my business I'm always looking for talented people with an interest or experience in real estate. We also purchase many investment properties a year, both in great condition and in disrepair. We could also acquire a package from an exiting investor. What do you have?
