I've been in finance and sales my entire career, but have always had the entrenerual itch and an appetite for risk, accompanied by an interest in real estate. I bought my first rental property with a partner in 2013 and then sold it for double our original investment late last year, and this year I'll be completing my first flip within the next month or so. I'm eager to take my experiences and grow further with real estate investing. My next goal is to acquire a multi family property with the capital from my previous deals, and continue with 2-3 flips per year, learning more about the rehab side of things as I go.
