Michael Tan

I'm a virtual reality software engineer / game developer working at Oculus making the future possible. I grew up in West Lafayette, Indiana and recently graduated from NYU with a dual degree in Film & Television and Computer Science. My interest in real estate started in December of 2018 after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and I'm currently working on building an out-of-state team in Lafayette, IN to help me secure my first deal and get the train moving. Update (as of March 7th, 2019): I’ve put my first deal under contract in the Indianapolis market. I’m terrified, excited, and currently finalizing financing and scheduled to close on March 11th. My goal is to make $1 on this deal with the mindset that if this happens, I will effectively be getting paid for my real estate education.
