Experience: Other than having had a few rentals in the past, purely out of necessity, and being a homeowner I am new to the field of real estate investing. Real Estate Goals: My long term goal is to buy and hold of multifamily properties. My more immediate goal, being a total newbee is get more education of market dynamics and better understanding of the real estate market so I plan my investment accordingly. In the short run I intend to purchase properties to flip. In that regard I look forward to getting to know and work with real estate agents and wholesalers who have the patience to work with someone like me who would probably be fairly slow in making purchase decisions.
