About myself
I'm currently working full-time as Geotechnical Engineer in Manhattan. My passion for real estate investing has persuaded me to partner up with one of my colleagues and start investing. Most of my latest deals are being used as long-term rentals. A year ago, I decided to branch off from buy-and-holds and pursue fix-and-flips.
