About myself
I'm a real estate broker licensed in Missouri and my investment company, Cardinal Creek Properties, focuses on fix/flips and buy/holds in the St Louis Metro East Illinois area. I've bought, sold, and/or controlled hundreds of units of real estate since the early 1990s. I've also invested in non-performing notes and also private lending. Our current focus is continuing to build our rental portfolio and flips.
