Michelle Christensen

I am an investor, Certified Residential Appraiser (CA# AR028929) and REALTOR®. I've worked throughout the Southern CA real estate market area for over 18 years. I am always looking for great investments as I am building my personal investment portfolio locally in Southern CA and out of state. I represent buyers and sellers in the Los Angeles and Ventura county markets and I've been a residential appraiser for over 18 years. I am a part-time active appraiser for the VA Panel. I love the Bigger Pocket's community and I think the resources this company offers are top notch for novice to seasoned investors. It has been a huge building block in helping me expand my own investment strategies and I am constantly recommending this website to newbies. I can help you find good investment opportunities in the Los Angeles area and I work with a few different teams and have ongoing investment opportunities in Indiana and Florida.
