Michelle Herschend

Realtor, flipper, landlady, investor. I began my investment company in early 2020 with two very profitable flips in the Springfield, Missouri area. I love being hands-on with my properties and have learned so much this past year. I am excited to grow my business and my mind can’t keep up with all of my ideas! I intend to continue flipping in my hometown, as my passion really lies in the transformation of a property. I especially love restoring character-filled homes and shy away from anything too cookie-cutter. I am currently working on three single family rehabs - one to flip and two to rent. Future goals include purchasing STRs in areas of interest to me (somewhere warm!), and increasing my passive income through buy and hold properties. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned, especially with other women/moms!
