I am currently looking for my first real estate deal! I am also an real estate salesperson with Keller Williams Capital District. Short Term Goals: In the short term, I plan to buy on one property a year for the next 10 years. I am currently, looking for a multifamily home within an hour of Troy, NY. I would prefer a 4-unit or more depending on the price. If I can find something with owner financing that would be ideal. If not, I have already been approved for a conventional & commercial loan. I am starting to build a small team. I have a commercial broker, lawyer, inspector, commercial roof inspector and contractor lined up. I still need a good CPA. My Shoot for the Stars 🌠 goals: I want to own an apartment complex with 100 doors. I hope to have this accomplished within the next 10 years. Start my own property management business. I also want to buy a few vacation rentals. One close to a ski resort and another close to Disney. What I hope to get from Bigger Pockets: 1.) Make friends. I hope to meet other investors. It would be nice to have someone to talk to about real estate investing. My friends think I am crazy when it comes to real estate investing.  2.) Meeting potential business partners who are interested in investing in buy and hold properties. 3.) Building my team by finding the best professional by word of mouth. 4.)
