About myself
Experience: I have invested in Auction properties, REO's, SFR (3/2's), land subdivision, and low income (LIHTC) housing. I have an undergrad degree in finance, with a masters in Real Estate Development. My company, Toro Real Estate Services, is currently doing some urban infill land subdivision, and I am personally consulting on a LIHTC acquisition for a non-profit. Currently Seeking: Mid to large-sized Apartment Complexes, LIHTC (near end of compliance period), wholesalers, and open for commercial RE in the South East (NC, SC, GA, TN). I would be willing to enter into a JV partnership, given the right circumstances.
