My name is Miguel Martinez and I'm new to the real estate industry. I first got interested in this industry after a friend invited me to a Riverside REIA meetup and was hooked immediately. After graduating from Cal State San Bernardino in 2015, I immediately got a job in the corporate world thinking that's what I ultimately wanted but hated it! I quit after 6 months and now manage my family's restaurant. It's exciting, profitable and most of all, stressful. I'm looking to make a drastic change and dive into real estate fully.
