Experience: I have been investing since 2017. I have purchase 3 three unit apartment buildings in Calexico, CA and vacant land in an Residential Apartment zone. Real Estate Goals: Continue to invest in Southern California and Arizona, mainly in the cities of Calexico, CA, El Centro, CA, Brawley, CA and possibly in Yuma, Az or San Luis, AZ. I am actively looking for properties from 2 to 4 units where I can add significant value. In 2018 my goal is to buy my first multifamily apartment building, something in the range from 8 units to 15 units property. Another goal for 2018 is to continue educating myself, I have read around 10 books in Real estate in 2017 and look forward to read 40 more in 2018.
