About myself
I'm about five months from retiring from a great company and trying to figure out what I'll do in retirement. I've always wanted to try my hand at something to do with Real Estate, I'm just not sure what. My first instinct is to try a rehab or possibly work with/for someone already doing rehabs. I'm not keen on being a landlord, I know that. For now, I'm mostly in the research phase.
