30 year old excited investor looking to build wealth. - Bought my first home at 24, with the intention to start my Real Estate dreams. Plans changed and life threw me a curve ball... A 7 letter D word changed my plans, so I had to sell that house at 28. I made over 20k personally and was able to buy my next primary residence within a little more than 7 months. Now I am itching to build my real estate dreams, planning my first "investment" purchase by the end of 2015 at the latest. Looking at multiple Multi Family Units in the So Cal area- Riverside, LA, etc..
