I am a real estate investor in the Chicagoland area. I currently own a few dozen rental properties and I'm also a real estate broker. I've successfully purchased, renovated, and/or sold over 250 properties in my career. I recently started working the fund with aggressive goals to grow the fund into more markets outside of Illinois. We currently hold properties in Wisconsin, Illinois, and northwest Indiana. Experience: Bought my first rental property when I was 23 for cash and it has grown to my current holdings. Real Estate Goals: Grow our current fund to a national fund in various markets and provide our investors with great stable investment income to last a lifetime.
