By day, I’m a Sr Project Manager for an automation company specifically material handling equipment (sorters, robotics, shuttles, conveyors, and software) . I manager projects from concept to engineering, to manufacturing, to install, to commissioning, to customer sign off. An average project is in the $50M range. By night, I’m a student of the REI world. I’m new to this place so I want to absorb as much information as I can while savings money for my wife and I to purchase our first deal. I listen to podcasts daily and read as many books as I can to increase my know-how. I know the best way to learn is trial by fire so I’m gearing up to begin making offers. Real Estate Goals: In the short term, to expedite my savings rate, I like to invest in SFH, rehabbing, then renting ( the BRRRR strategy). My long term goal is to get into bigger multifamily deals. I will hit financial freedom by 2028.
