I am 31 years old. I grew up in Southern California and moved to Lake Havasu City about 11 years ago when I was offered a job. I work full time as a maintenance electrician. I love to boat on the lake, camp and drive my side by side in the winter, and have been doing at least 1 international travel trip a year. Currently house hacking a SFR in Lake Havasu City and looking for opportunity number 2.
