Been living in St Louis for about 3 years. Previously in Washington, DC, Cambridge, UK, and New England. I came a little late to the real estate investing scene, but am eager to build my portfolio and learn as much as I can through networking. I just recently purchased a duplex, which my fiancé and I will own-occupy for the time being. Motivated by a desire to be financial free and to spend more of my time doing what I want to do. Looking to invest more in St Louis, but am also looking at opportunities in Portland, Maine area and Cleveland, Ohio. Real Estate Goals: 1) Owner-occupy a duplex or 4-unit complex by mid-2018 - complete! 2) Own second property by 2020 3) Four properties by 2022
